Disposable Shop AE sells vaping products that contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance and these products are intended solely for adult smokers and vapers. This page explains how we verify age and what we expect from you as a customer.

Minimum age

The minimum age to purchase any product from this website is 18 years. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are buying for your own use, not on behalf of a minor.

How we verify age

We verify age at three points:

• On entry. Visitors are asked to confirm they are 18 or over before browsing the store.
• At checkout. You must confirm your age before an order can be completed.
• On delivery. Our driver may ask to see a valid photo ID. Acceptable documents are an Emirates ID, a passport, or a UAE driving licence. If ID cannot be produced, or the person receiving the order appears to be under 18 and has no ID, the driver will not hand over the parcel.

Failed verification

If an order fails age verification on delivery, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled. We will refund the value of the goods. Delivery charges incurred on a failed verification are not refundable. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.

Buying for a minor

It is an offence to purchase nicotine products on behalf of anyone under 18. Accounts found to be doing so will be closed permanently and future orders refused.

Keeping products away from children

Nicotine is toxic if swallowed. E-liquids, pods and disposable devices must be stored out of the reach of children and pets. If a child swallows e-liquid or a device, seek medical attention immediately. Read more in our Responsible Vaping guide.
