We deliver to all seven emirates. This page sets out delivery times, charges and what happens if something goes wrong.
Delivery times
We deliver to every emirate in the UAE within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. In Dubai, a 2-3 hour express option is available on orders placed during working hours.
- Dubai — within 24 hours, 2-3 hour express available
- Abu Dhabi — within 24 hours
- Sharjah — within 24 hours
- Ajman — within 24 hours
- Ras Al Khaimah — within 24 hours
- Fujairah — within 24 hours
- Umm Al Quwain — within 24 hours
Delivery times are counted from order confirmation, not from when the order is placed. Orders placed late at night, on public holidays, or that need age or payment verification may take longer.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all orders over AED 350.
- Orders under AED 350 are charged a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Express delivery in Dubai may carry an additional fee, also shown at checkout.
Areas we cover
We deliver across the UAE mainland. Some remote or restricted-access areas (free zones with controlled entry, offshore islands, certain industrial zones) may take longer or may not be serviceable. If we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund the order in full.
Age check on delivery
All deliveries are age-restricted. Our driver may ask to see a valid photo ID before handing over your parcel. Please have your Emirates ID, passport or UAE driving licence ready. See our Age Verification policy.
Failed or missed deliveries
If nobody is available to receive the order, our driver will attempt to contact you on the number provided. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout. After a failed attempt we will arrange redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being cancelled and refunded, less delivery costs already incurred.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready where possible.
