Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. By placing an order you confirm you meet that requirement. See our Age Verification policy.

Products

We sell vaping products including disposable vapes, pod systems, e-liquids, pods, coils and accessories. Most contain nicotine, which is addictive. Product images are for illustration; packaging, colours and flavour labelling may change without notice as manufacturers update their designs. We describe our products as accurately as we can but do not warrant that every description is complete or error-free.

Pricing and availability

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and stock levels can change without notice.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
• If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always contact you first.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where age cannot be verified, where we suspect fraud, where an address is outside our delivery area, or where stock is unavailable.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery times, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by traffic, weather, holidays and access restrictions.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish our content without written permission.
• Do not buy on behalf of anyone under 18.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and photography we have produced — belongs to Disposable Shop AE. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

Health warning and liability

Nicotine is an addictive substance. These products are intended for adult smokers and vapers, and are not suitable for non-smokers, people under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions or other relevant medical conditions. Nothing on this site is medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
