Delivery

How fast is delivery?

We deliver to every emirate in the UAE within 24 hours. In Dubai, a 2-3 hour express option is available on orders placed during working hours. Full detail is in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, all within 24 hours.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders over AED 350. Below that a flat fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE, alongside the online payment methods shown at checkout.

Will I need to show ID?

Possibly. All our deliveries are age-restricted and the driver may ask for an Emirates ID, passport or UAE driving licence. See Age Verification.

Products

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We source from authorised distributors and do not knowingly stock counterfeit or grey-market goods. If you ever receive something you believe is not genuine, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

What nicotine strength should I choose?

As a rough guide: 20mg (2%) salt nicotine suits light to moderate smokers and most pod systems; 50mg (5%) suits heavier smokers and is common in disposables; 3mg to 6mg freebase suits higher-output direct-to-lung devices. What is the difference between a disposable and a pod system?

A disposable comes pre-filled and pre-charged, is used until it runs out and is then disposed of. A pod system is a rechargeable device you refill or fit new pods to — higher upfront cost, lower cost per millilitre, and more choice of flavour and strength.

How many puffs will a device actually give me?

Puff counts on packaging are manufacturer estimates based on short, light puffs. Real-world use is typically lower — how much lower depends on your puff length and whether the device has a boost mode.

How often should I change my coil?

Usually every 7 to 14 days depending on use and e-liquid type. Change it as soon as the flavour turns harsh or burnt — continuing to use a dry coil ruins the taste and is not good for you.

Orders and returns

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, any time before it is dispatched. Once it is with the driver it cannot be cancelled, though you may refuse it on delivery.

Can I return something?

Unopened, unused items in sealed original packaging can be returned within 7 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened disposables, e-liquids, pods or coils unless faulty. Full detail in our Returns & Refund Policy.

My device arrived faulty. What now?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a short video or photos of the fault. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued within 7 to 14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Card refunds may take a few days more to appear, depending on your bank.

Legal and safety

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. We do not sell nicotine products to anyone under 18 under any circumstances, and we verify age at checkout and on delivery.

Where can I vape in the UAE?

Vaping is subject to the same restrictions as smoking in most places. Avoid indoor public spaces, malls, government buildings, public transport, mosques, and areas near schools and healthcare facilities. Respect signage.

How should I dispose of a used disposable vape?

They contain lithium batteries, so they should not go in general household waste. Use battery or e-waste collection points where available, and never burn a device.

Is vaping safe?

No nicotine product is risk-free, and nicotine is addictive. These products are intended for adults who already smoke or vape, not for non-smokers, under-18s, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you want to stop using nicotine altogether, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
