Pod System

A pod system is a rechargeable device that takes refillable or replaceable pods. The upfront cost is higher than a disposable, but the cost per millilitre of e-liquid is far lower — and you get to pick your own flavour and nicotine strength rather than being locked into whatever came in the device. For anyone vaping daily, a pod kit pays for itself quickly.
Which pod system suits you
If you want something pocketable and simple, start with a compact MTL kit like the Uwell Caliburn 11W or the Caliburn A3 — tight draw, low power, easy to live with. If you want more vapour and adjustable wattage, look at the Voopoo Argus 40W. If you are coming from a closed system and want the simplest possible refill, the Myle V4 kit and Myle V5 use pre-filled pods.
MTL or DTL?
Mouth-to-lung (MTL) mimics a cigarette draw: tight, low power, higher nicotine, less vapour. Direct-to-lung (DTL) is an open airy draw with much more vapour and lower nicotine. Most people switching from cigarettes should start with MTL. Almost every kit in this category is MTL or restricted-DTL.
Keeping it running
